Which telephone numbers can I use for this service?

Our Virtual Receptionist product is designed to fit in with all of our non-geographic numbers, whether that is 0800, 0844, 0845, 0871 or the new 03 number ranges. We can also add the Virtual Receptionist product to our International Freephone services and our Local Area Numbers.

Brief call plan descriptions:

Call Intro

Callers to the service will hear an initial introduction/welcome message as soon as they dial your number. Calls will then proceed to the next step of the service.

Time of Day/Week Plan

This service directs calls to specific target numbers at specific times of the day - e.g. Office hours, out of hours, evenings and weekends.

Virtual Receptionist

Callers hear an audio message giving out a series of options to select from by using their telephone keypad, for a specific department.

Music on Hold

There is nothing worse than silence or a constant ringing whislt waiting to be connected. A selection of music tracks can be added to ease the time your customer may have to wait for you to answer their call.

Divert on no answer or busy Plan

Our Divert Plan diverts incoming calls to a secondary target number if the primary number is busy or unanswered after a set time period. Up to three different target numbers can be set to receive calls. Each of the virtual receptionist options will have its own individual divert plan.

Call Queuing

Incoming calls are queued if your lines are busy. Callers are played music whilst on hold from our range of music or we can develop on hold music and announcements specific to your company. Callers can also be told periodically how long the queue is.

Call Recording

Call Record solution enables you to record your incoming calls seemlessly and they are available online within seconds. There is no need to buy expensive equipment.

Zone Plan

Zone plan allows you to nationally advertise one number for your business, and have callers directed instantly to your nearest branch office or site, or to the location of your choice.
