Terms & Conditions - Broadband Fair Usage

For some of our broadband products we apply a fair usage policy. This is to ensure that no single user can make excesive use of the available bandwidth.

We will notify any end user that exceeds the fair usage amount and they will be given the opportunity to reduce usage or if available upgrade to an alternative product/service. Where the end user does not change their usage pattern, Pennycom reserves the right to either restrict usage or to make a charge for the excess over the fair usage.
