With our connection arrangements with BT we are able to make porting of your BT telephone number with minimal downtime.

To port your number is straightforward only requiring the completion of a simple form - we then takeover from there and liase with you to port your telephone number onto our network so that there is as little disruption as possible. Any downtime incurred will be kept to a minimum (minutes rather than hours!)
