Each package depends on the ease of recall of the telephone number:

• Bronze - usually has 1 double number within the telephone number for example 0845 006 33 41.  
• Silver - usually has 2 double numbers within the string for example 08454 346 246.  
• Gold - these numbers are a combination of double numbers and a number sequence for example 0845 434 8000.  
• Platinum - these either have 3 double numbers or a memorable string for example 0845 434 0000.

What else do you need to know?

There are no charges to receive calls* and you will receive incoming call statistics at no extra charge, so you can track your calls and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.  You can also have unlimited reroutes to any UK landline or mobile number and also International numbers. (Calls to UK mobiles or International numbers will incur additional charges.)

Please note: You will incur call charges* if off peak and weekend minutes exceed 500 minutes per month.

* when connected to a UK landline number only. Connections to mobiles or other destinations incur an additional charge of £5 per month plus call charges.

Your customers pay approximately 3.5p per minute to call an 0845 telephone number.  This is based on average call costs when calling from a BT line.  Other network providers and mobiles may vary.
