What are 03 numbers?

These numbers start with a prefix of either 0303, (click here to view numbers) which are specifically designed for public bodies and charitable organisations, or 0330, (click here to view numbers) which are available to any organisation.  The numbers are national without specific geographic location.

What are the benefits for you selecting an 03 number?

• Same price for your customers to call as standard 01 and 02 numbers
• Included in call packages - both mobile and fixed line, meaning low or no cost for your customers
• More cost effective for you than an 0800 number
• Enables you to select a memorable number to help your customers remember you

How much do these numbers cost?

The cost largely depends on the ease of recall of the telephone number.  We offer a range of packages dependent on the number:

• Basic - standard number with no repetition of numbers - no connection charge
• Bronze - usually has 1 double number within the telephone number for example 0330 115 9231.  There is a one off connection charge of £20 for 0330 numbers.
• Silver - usually has 2 double numbers within the string for example 0330 300 0042.  There is a one off connection charge of £150
• Gold - these numbers are a combination of double numbers and a number sequence for example 0330 300 3322.  There is a one off connection charge of £250
• Platinum - these either have 3 double numbers or a memorable string for example 0330 3000 444.  There is a one off connection charge of £500

In addition to the connection charge all packages have a monthly service charge dependent on the call bundle appropriate for your business:

• £6.00 for 1,000 minutes per month
• £12.00 for 2,000 minutes per month
• £30.00 for 5,000 minutes per month
• £50.00 for 10,000 minutes per month

Please call us if you would like to discuss a higher call bundle for your business. Outside of your chosen bundle calls are charged at 1p per minute. However, we charge by the second for the calls you receive, rather than rounding up to the nearest minute, so you can be confident that you are paying for real time calls.
